Summary for TicketMax marketing and onboarding. For platform-wide policies, refer to your organizer agreement and the host application you signed up through.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone), event and ticketing configuration, transaction metadata required to process sales and door check-in, and technical logs needed to secure the service.
How we use it
To operate ticketing, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing.
Facebook Login
TicketMax offers sign-in via Facebook Login. When you choose this option, we receive only your name, email address, and profile photo from Facebook — the minimum required to create or match your account. We do not request access to your friends list, feed, posts, or any other Facebook data. We do not post to Facebook on your behalf. We use only the email and public_profile permissions — no advanced access or additional Meta APIs are used.
To revoke TicketMax's access from your Facebook account, go to Facebook → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites → TicketMax → Remove. To also delete the account data on our side, email support@ticketmax.site.
Content policy
TicketMax does not host, permit, or distribute sexually explicit or adult-only content. The platform is used exclusively for event ticketing and guest management.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Financial transaction records are retained for up to 7 years for legal compliance; all other data is deleted upon request within 30 days.
Contact
Email support@ticketmax.site for any privacy or data deletion requests related to your TicketMax account.
